Misti Tesar
For more than 20 years, Misti has worked across nearly every aspect of an established family business—from accounting, finance, and asset management to immigration visas, operations, and customer service. This wide-ranging experience gives her a rare ability to understand both how a business functions behind the scenes and how it feels to the people it serves.
An Arizona State University graduate, Misti studied abroad in Spain and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Her true passion lies in helping established businesses, properties, and brands move from good to exceptional. She combines an impeccable eye for detail with practical business instinct to improve efficiency, elevate presentation, and thoughtfully refine the entire customer or guest experience.

Brian is an entrepreneur, real-estate investor, and experienced business leader who spent more than 20 years building a successful career in corporate America. While advancing through sales, training, and operations leadership roles at United Rentals, he began strategically investing in real estate—ultimately using the portfolio he built to step away from corporate America and reclaim ownership of his time.
A graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Business Management and a specialization in small-business entrepreneurship, Brian brings extensive experience in developing people, creating effective systems, and producing sustainable results.
He built an impressive portfolio of rental properties by identifying undervalued opportunities, overseeing renovations, creating long-term rental income, and strategically reinvesting equity. Through disciplined execution, intelligent leverage, and a long-term approach, Brian gained firsthand experience in how well-structured assets can create durable, compounding value.
Today, Brian continues to invest in real estate, build businesses, and create systems designed to produce long-term growth and greater freedom. He is also the co-founder and CEO of the American Institute of Bankability Experts, where his real-world experience informs his work around Bankability®. Brian brings that same strategic mindset to The Golden Camel Collective, helping transform ideas into sustainable opportunities designed to grow and last.
